Tity is the founder of dolphinze, a payroll solution that enables businesses to pay contractors in both fiat and cryptocurrencies. With a background as an entrepreneur, engineer, and executive, she is driven by a passion for building innovative financial technologies. Tity strongly believes in the potential of bitcoin and stablecoins to bring financial stability and create opportunities for those often overlooked by traditional systems. Before founding dolphinze, Tity held key roles, including Chief of Staff to CEOs at Xapo (a bitcoin bank) and Goldman Sachs India, Project Manager at Target, Consultant at PwC, and Manager at ICICI Onesource. She holds an engineering degree and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

Chris Oaks is the cofounder of dolphinze, bringing strong technical skills and engineering know-how to the team. He is known for launching products quickly and helping them grow fast, making him a key driver of dolphinze’s innovation. Chris started his career as a Founding Engineer at the healthtech startup NeuroFlow. He then moved into the crypto fintech space at Floating Point Group, where he led the development of their main service for storing and moving digital assets. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
